The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in estimating and/or preconstruction having worked for a general contractor or construction manager. The candidate should also have a stable job history and experience with commercial building projects.

Although we seek an experienced preconstruction executive, we are open to an up-and-comer who is ready to take their career to the next level. We will also relocate someone from anywhere within the United States.
