Established Multifamily Developer-Owner in Richmond, VA seeks a SrVP of Construction to oversee large construction projects throughout the VA and NC area. This is an established firm with a long history of high-profile projects ranging from $20M - $50M in size.

We seek someone with an operations background in construction, either from a general contractor, construction manager or owner/developer. Candidates must have a stable job history and experience with large mixed-use, hospitality or multifamily projects.

Although we prefer a senior-level officer, we will consider an up-and-comer with strong construction operations experience (VP or Project Executive) who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
