We are seeking a President to oversee a subsidiary steel fabricator and erection contractor of ours in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area.

The position is offering equity as part of compensation and is with a firm that is established, reputable and profitable. The firm primarily provides structural steel fabrication and erection for construction projects on Schools, Universities, Stadiums, Offices, Apartments, Hotels, Hospitals, Government and Industrial buildings.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will have operations experience in either steel fabrication or erection, strong people and leadership skills, and stable employment history.

Although we prefer an experienced executive with P&L experience, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. This is strictly a leadership position that does not require any regional or industry-specific networks. Therefore we are open to relocating someone from anywhere.
