We are seeking a Construction VPO or Director of Construction in Indianapolis, IN to oversee all construction operations for the firm.

The role reports to the president and oversees all construction operations and project management teams for general construction and construction management services on commercial building projects such as retail, office, car washes, auto service centers, showrooms, and auto dealerships. We are not concerned with someone's project-specific background since we are looking for people leadership skills, not technical project skills.

We're looking for an experienced construction executive from a reputable Indiana contractor who has managed multiple projects and teams on commercial building projects. We are also open to considering an up-and-comer ready to take their career to the next level.

Candidates must have a stable job history with commercial GC or CM firms, and proven leadership over construction teams.

Excellent pay and we will relocate from anywhere within the USA.
