We seek a Vice President of Steel Fabrication for our steel manufacturing and fabrication facilities in Nashville, TN.

The role complements our construction division on civil, industrial, commercial, and transpiration projects. The role supervises all related personnel and provides the overall guidance of material production through the fabrication shop. Products include girders, bridge decks, steel beams and columns, bridge piers, steel frames, etc. The role also reports to the president.


Candidates must have worked for a steel fabricator or manufacturer at the management level with fabrication oversight and have a stable job history. The role also requires strong leadership, administration, operations management, team building, and client and business skills.

This role is essential for our continued success in the construction sector. We are looking for an innovative leader who is ready to make a significant impact on our organization.

Ideally, we seek an experienced executive manager, but we are willing to consider an up-and-comer ready to take their career to the next level.

We are offering excellent pay and will relocate from any state.
